What you'll actually do
- Create a positive first impression as the first point of contact
- Proactively meet guest needs and resolve issues efficiently
- Ensure all administrative and front-desk tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Act as a professional representative of the hotel
- Take on new challenges to understand the diverse functions of the hospitality industry

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; multilingual (French and English)
- Friendly, confident, and personable with strong guest relations skills
- Calm, constructive, and adaptable under pressure
- Flexible, available for overtime and weekends when necessary
